How to Track Your Order

After placing an order on Made In Nigeria, you don’t have to wonder where your package is — our platform allows you to track your order status and delivery progress every step of the way. This guide explains how to check your order status, use tracking numbers, and understand what each status means — so you always know when to expect your delivery.

  • 🧭 Step 1: Log In to Your Made In Nigeria Account

    To begin tracking your order:

    1. Visit mrmin.app

    2. Click “Login” at the top-right corner of the homepage.

    3. Enter your email/username and password, then click Sign In.

    4. Once logged in, go to your Customer Dashboard.

    Tip: If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your email receipt to view delivery updates.


    🛍️ Step 2: Access Your Orders Page

    1. From your dashboard, click “My Orders” in the menu.

    2. You’ll see a list of all your recent and past orders, each showing:

      • Order ID

      • Date of Purchase

      • Order Total

      • Current Status (Processing, Shipped, Delivered, etc.)

      • Action Buttons such as View Details or Track Order

    3. Click “View” or “Track Order” next to the order you want to follow.


    🚚 Step 3: Understand Order Statuses

    Each order status gives you a real-time update on where your package is in the fulfillment process.

    ProcessingThe vendor has received your order and is preparing it for shipment.
    ShippedYour order has been handed over to a courier or logistics company.

    CancelledThe order has been canceled by you, the vendor, or support.
    RefundedYour payment has been returned to your account or wallet.

    Tip: You’ll receive email notifications each time your order status changes.


    🔍 Step 4: Use Tracking Information (If Available)

    For shipped orders, vendors often include tracking numbers or links from logistics partners.

    To track your delivery:

    1. Open your order details page.

    2. Locate the Tracking Section — it may display:

      • Courier Name (e.g., GIG Logistics, DHL, Kwik, etc.)

      • Tracking Number or Link

    3. Click the tracking link to open the courier’s tracking page.

    4. Enter the tracking number (if required) to view your package’s current location and expected delivery date.

    Tip: Some couriers may take a few hours to update tracking information after the vendor marks your order as “Shipped.”


    ✉️ Step 5: Track Orders via Email Notifications

    Every time your order status changes, you’ll receive an automated email from Made In Nigeria that includes:

    • The order number

    • The new status update

    • Any available tracking information

    You can click directly from the email to your order page for more details.


    📱 Step 6: Track Using the Mobile Version (If Applicable)

    If you’re using a mobile phone or tablet:

    1. Visit madeinnigeria.com on your browser.

    2. Log in and tap My Orders.

    3. Select your order to view the current delivery stage.

    Made In Nigeria’s mobile interface is fully optimized to show real-time tracking updates and courier details.


    🕒 Step 7: What to Do If Tracking Information Isn’t Updating

    If you notice your tracking hasn’t been updated for several days:

    1. Check the estimated delivery timeframe displayed on your order page.

    2. Wait at least 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear (some couriers delay status updates).

    3. If the delay continues, click “Message Vendor” on your order page to contact the seller directly.

    4. You can also reach Made In Nigeria Customer Support for help verifying the courier’s progress.

    💡 Step 8: Understanding Split Orders

    If your order includes items from multiple vendors:

    • Each vendor ships separately.

    • You’ll receive different tracking numbers for each shipment.

    • The status of one product may differ from another (e.g., one shipped, one still processing).

    Tip: You can track each shipment individually in your dashboard.


    📋 Step 9: Confirm Delivery

    When your order is marked as Delivered:

    1. Check your package to ensure it matches your order.

    2. If everything is correct, you don’t need to take further action — the order will automatically be marked Completed after a short period.

    3. If you didn’t receive your item or it arrived damaged, report the issue immediately (see “How to Report a Missing or Damaged Item”).


    🌟 Step 10: Rate and Review Your Purchase

    After confirming delivery:

    • Go back to your My Orders page.

    • Click “Leave a Review” beside your completed order.

    • Rate your experience and share feedback on the product or delivery service.

    Reviews help other shoppers make better choices and help vendors improve their service.
