    You can request a refund in any of the following situations:

    • You paid for an order, but the vendor did not ship the item.

    • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

    • You accidentally placed duplicate orders and were charged twice.

    • A technical error caused your transaction to fail, but your money was deducted.

    Step 1: Log in to Your Account

    Go to madeinnigeria.com and log in with your registered email and password.

    Step 2: Access Your Orders

    • Click on “My Account” at the top of the homepage.

    • Select “Orders” from the dashboard menu.

    • Locate the order you want a refund for.

    Step 3: Click “Request Refund”

    • On the order details page, look for the “Request Refund” or “Report Issue” button.

    • Fill out the refund form, including:

      • Order ID

      • Reason for the refund

      • Description of the issue (e.g., “Item not delivered,” “Wrong product,” etc.)

      • Optional: upload a photo if the product was damaged.

    Step 4: Submit Your Request

    Click “Submit” to send your refund request. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been received by the Made In Nigeria support team.


    🕒 3. Refund Review & Processing Time

    • Refund requests are reviewed within 24–72 hours.

    • If your claim is valid, the refund will be processed within 5–10 working days depending on your payment method.

    • Refunds are usually returned to your original payment method (card, bank transfer, or wallet).


    🚫 4. Reporting a Failed Transaction

    If your payment was deducted but your order did not go through, follow these steps:

    Step 1: Go to Your Account

    Log in and navigate to My Account → Orders.

    Step 2: Check for Missing Orders

    If your payment was made but the order isn’t showing under “Orders,” click “Report Failed Transaction.”

    Step 3: Provide Transaction Details

    Fill in the form with:

    • Payment Reference ID

    • Amount paid

    • Date and time of the transaction

    • Payment method used (Card, Transfer, Wallet)

    Our system will verify the payment with our gateway providers and update your order status or refund your money.
